The use of the website implies the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

If the site will be unavailable for technical maintenance reasons, the company Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX will attempt to notify users, in advance, of the dates and times of this interruption.

Description of service

The site  endeavours to provide information which is as accurate as possible concerning the snail farming activities of the company Sarl  Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX. It cannot however be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information, either by their own actions or those of third parties who provide the information.

All the information provided on the site is of an illustrative nature and is subject to change. Furthermore, the details provided on the site are not exhaustive and modifications may have been made since their publication.

Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user’s property which occurs whilst connected to the site and which occurs either as a result of the use of hardware which does not meet commonplace specifications for use, either due to a malfunction or incompatibility.

Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX can also not be held responsible for any indirect losses (such as loss of market or opportunity) leading from use of the site.

Certain parts of the site offer an interactive service to site users (such as the option to ask a question in Contacts).  Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX reserves the right to delete, without prior warning, any content published in these areas which contravenes current French legislation, in particular with regards to data protection. If necessary,  Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX also reserves the right to implicate the civil and criminal liability of the user, in particular as regards racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic content, in any form (text, photo…).

Personal Data Management

In France, personal data is protected by the law, in particular by law no. 78-87, of January 6th 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6th 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and by the European Directive of October 24th 1995.

Whilst using the site, the URL of the intermediate links via which the user accessed the site, the internet provider of the user and the internet protocol (IP) address of the user may be recorded.

In any case,  Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX only collects personal information about the user that are relevant to the services offered on the site The user knowingly divulges this information, in particular by entering the said details into the site. No personal information relative to a user of the site is made public without the user’s knowledge ; nor will it be exchanged, transfered, given or sold in any form to a third party. Only in the event of the sale of the company Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX, and all rights pertaining to it, would the said information be transferred to the hypothetical buyer, who would be bound by the same obligation to conserve and modify the data relative to the user of

The site is not registered with the CNIL (National Commission for Information and Freedom) because it does not collect personal information.

However,  Sarl Nomade des Jardins – REVHELIX is not in a position to verify the content of the sites visited through these links and assumes therefore no responsibility for them.

In Chrome : Top right, select the Menu symbol (three parallel bars). Click Settings, Show advanced settings. In the Privacy section, click Content settings. Under Cookies, click all cookies and site data. Cookies can be deleted and/or blocked.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Attribution

Any legal dispute pertaining to the use of the site is subject to French law. All users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poitiers.
