They are produced in the countryside by small independant farmers. Our team is made up of professionals who are specialised in the various stages of escargot development. For the harvest, we employ many seasonal workers with whom we share our expertise and passion.

Notre escargot est produit dans le respect de la physiologie de l'escargot. On ne le force pas, on ne l\u2019exploite pas, il se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 tous les stades dans un milieu proche de son habitat naturel.<\/p>

Il est produit en pleine campagne dans de petits centres de production ind\u00e9pendants. Chaque production d'escargots est l'objet des attentions d'une seule personne garant de la qualit\u00e9 de sa production dans l'application rigoureuse d'un cahier des charges \u00e9tabli par Nomade des jardins et garanti par un organisme ind\u00e9pendant<\/a>. Notre petite \u00e9quipe est compos\u00e9es de professionnels dont la sp\u00e9cialisation permet un suivi de chaque \u00e9tape de croissance. En p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9colte nous faisons appel \u00e0 de nombreux saisonniers auquels nous transmettons notre passion.<\/p>
