Our escargots can be used in all culinary dishes<\/h3>\n

In our workshops, which meet European regulations, we apply the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) <\/strong>method to analyse food safety through scientific testing.
\nThe escargots dishes produced<\/strong> only use high quality fresh produce from the best sources (local butter from the Charentes-Poitou, French-grown parsley, garlic and fresh shallots)<\/p>\n

For individual buyers and professionals (snail farmers, dealers, suppliers, restaurants, caterers, supermarkets)<\/h4>\n

Live escargots, weighing 16-18g, are available throughout the harvest season, from July to October.
\nBlanched escargots, weighing 6-8g, are available fresh during the shelling period, from July to December, or frozen all year round.
\nEscargot shells are available throughout the year, unwashed or washed.
\nEscargots cooked in stock in a variety of specialities, weighing 4-6g, are available fresh or frozen all year round.
\nStuffed escargots in their shells or entr\u00e9es in 6 different gourmet recipes are available all year round, fresh or frozen.
\nLarge escargots are also available year round, fresh, frozen or preserved: these preparations are developed by Nomade des Jardins <\/em>and the recipes evolve regularly according to the creative inspiration of the moment.<\/p>\n

La transformation des escargots ainsi produits ne se fait qu\u2019\u00e0 base de produit frais et d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients des meilleures origines (beurre AOC Charentes-Poitou, persil, ail, \u00e9chalote frais origine France).<\/strong><\/p>
